Beta Release — Temporary Testing Terms
This section applies only while GigstersHub.AI is offered as a beta release. The beta is testing of the same core site, not a separate product. These testing-specific terms supplement the policies below; the sample-data instructions here apply to beta exercises without removing your privacy rights or the obligation to provide accurate account contact information.
Public browsing and approved membership
You may browse public pages, learning resources, and insights without becoming a tester. Creating a test account and using member-only services requires an invitation or an approved application. Applying does not create an account or grant approval. Approval does not select a plan or complete account setup.
Approved testers must create a test Freelancer or test Business account using their approved email, complete identity verification, select the appropriate plan, and finish account setup. Only one account type is permitted per email address. Testing the other account type requires a different email address and separate approval or invitation.
Sample information and testing limitations
Use sample company, profile, portfolio, and project information for testing. Do not upload sensitive personal information, confidential business information, real client data, payment details, or material you are not authorized to share. Use your real, approved email for account access and a contact name that allows us to identify your application. Clearly identify sample content; do not impersonate another person or business.
Features may change, fail, or be unavailable. Sample listings, matches, messages, and project activity are testing exercises, not offers of real work or commitments to deliver services. Do not rely on beta activity for actual hiring, paid work, or business-critical decisions. Learning resources and insights are informational and do not guarantee results.
Test accounts and the end of beta
Test accounts are only for testing. They will not automatically become live accounts when the site launches. Test profiles, projects, and other test records may be reset or deleted. Participation does not guarantee future access, pricing, or availability of features. Any future live-account enrollment will require a separate process.
Plans and checkout during testing
Plan selection is part of testing the core account journey. Use a free plan unless GigstersHub.AI provides specific instructions for testing checkout. Do not enter real card or bank information for a beta exercise. If a checkout is not clearly identified as a test, stop and contact support before proceeding. Test plan choices are not authorization for future live charges; any future paid enrollment must clearly disclose its price, renewal, cancellation, and other applicable terms before you agree.
Feedback and returning later
You may test over more than one session. Use the assessment's “Save and finish later” option and wait for confirmation before leaving. You can return using the same approved account while your access remains active and the saved record is available. Saving a draft is not the same as submitting your completed assessment; unconfirmed changes may be lost.
We use applications, issue reports, assessment responses, and feedback to administer testing, follow up on issues, and improve the core site. Do not include passwords, login codes, confidential information, or unnecessary personal details in feedback or screenshots. Submitted feedback is not a public marketplace listing.
Real personal information still receives privacy protection
“Sample test data” describes the exercise content, not all information we handle. Your email address, account identifiers, application and approval records, login and security records, support messages, and feedback may be real personal information. The Privacy Policy below applies to that information. Saved assessments are associated with your approved account; applications and feedback are handled through our application, database, and communication providers.
Resetting test profiles or ending beta does not automatically delete applications, feedback, support correspondence, or security records. Retention and deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy. Browser cookies or storage may remember the beta notice, access sessions, and requested progress; these do not replace approval checks.
Voluntary participation and support
Participation is voluntary and you may stop at any time. We may end or restrict beta access for security, misuse, or testing administration. To request access, use Apply to join the beta. For testing issues, access questions, or privacy and deletion requests, contact support@gigstershub.ai.
Privacy Policy
GigstersHub.AI (“GigstersHub.AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit gigstershub.ai or related GigstersHub.AI pages, request access, create an account, build a profile, post or respond to a project, communicate through the platform, submit feedback, or otherwise use our services.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, login information, access applications, invitation and approval records, professional profile, company information, skills, experience, portfolio materials, project details, communications, verification responses, subscription information, support requests, assessment responses, saved assessment drafts, and feedback. Payment card information, if payments are offered, is processed by the applicable payment provider and is not stored directly by us.
We may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, interaction data, and cookie or similar identifier information. We may receive information from service providers and integrations used to operate the platform.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the platform.
- Create and manage accounts, profiles, subscriptions, and project records.
- Review access and freelancer applications, manage invitations and approvals, and support relevant marketplace matching.
- Communicate about accounts, projects, support, safety, and service updates.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and violations of our policies.
- Analyze performance, review feedback and issue reports, and develop and improve features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
- Send marketing communications where permitted; you may opt out at any time.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to other marketplace users when needed for profiles, project discovery, matching, and communications; to vendors that provide hosting, authentication, databases, workflow automation, analytics, communications, payments, and support; to professional advisers; in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or similar transaction; and when required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law. Our service providers may include Webflow for website delivery, Cloudflare for site delivery, security and application services, Memberstack for accounts and subscriptions, Airtable for application records, Make for workflows, and Microsoft for email and support communications. Where checkout is offered, the applicable payment provider processes payment information under its own terms. We do not sell personal information for money.
Public profiles and project information
Information designated as public may be visible to visitors or registered users and may be indexed by search engines. Do not include sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or third-party material you are not authorized to share.
Cookies and analytics
We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies for security, authentication, preferences, site operation, analytics, and—only where permitted—marketing. See our Cookie Policy and Cookie Preferences sections below.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. Applications, invitation and approval records, saved assessments, feedback, and support or security records may be retained for access administration, follow-up, issue investigation, and service improvement. Closing an account or resetting profile or project data does not necessarily erase those separate records. You may request deletion using the contact details below, subject to applicable legal exceptions. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information; to object to certain processing; or to withdraw consent. You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
Children’s privacy
The platform is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
International use
If you access the platform from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, law, or our practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to support@gigstershub.ai.
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of GigstersHub.AI. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account identity and contact information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Use sample profile or project information only where the service expressly instructs you to do so. One email address may be associated with only one account type: Freelancer or Business. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
Marketplace role
GigstersHub.AI provides technology for discovery, verification, matching, profiles, project opportunities, and related marketplace services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not a party to agreements between businesses and freelancers, do not employ freelancers, and do not direct or control their work. Freelancers act as independent professionals, and each user is responsible for evaluating counterparties, defining project scope, negotiating terms, and making hiring or engagement decisions.
Verification and matching
Verification indicators, recommendations, and matches are based on information available at the time and are intended to support—not replace—independent judgment. They do not guarantee identity, availability, qualifications, performance, compatibility, project results, income, or the absence of risk.
User content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the platform. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content is lawful and accurate, except for clearly identified sample content submitted in an expressly permitted testing exercise.
You may not use the platform to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; misrepresent identity or qualifications; post deceptive, discriminatory, harmful, or unlawful projects; introduce malware; scrape or disrupt the service; bypass access controls; send spam; or exploit another user.
Project agreements, confidentiality, and intellectual property
Businesses and freelancers are responsible for documenting project scope, fees, milestones, confidentiality, data handling, ownership, licenses, warranties, and acceptance criteria in their own written agreement. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, GigstersHub.AI does not determine ownership of project deliverables and is not responsible for confidential information exchanged between users.
Fees, subscriptions, cancellation, and taxes
Certain features may require fees or subscriptions. Pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellation procedures, and any refund terms will be disclosed at purchase. Except where required by law or stated at purchase, fees are nonrefundable. Users are responsible for applicable taxes and for payments owed under their agreements with other users.
Third-party services
The platform may link to or integrate with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate suspected violations, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or any particular marketplace, project, hiring, financial, or business outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GigstersHub.AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the platform or interactions between users. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to GigstersHub.AI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GigstersHub.AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, conduct, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or agreements and disputes with other users.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally. Any court proceeding will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@gigstershub.ai.
Accessibility Statement
GigstersHub.AI is committed to providing a website and marketplace experience that is accessible to the broadest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the site and platform develop.
We aim to support keyboard navigation, meaningful headings, readable contrast, descriptive text alternatives, clear labels, visible focus states, responsive layouts, and compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies. Because the platform is evolving and may include third-party integrations, some areas may not yet fully meet our goals.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@gigstershub.ai with the page or feature involved, the nature of the issue, and your preferred contact method. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative and address the underlying issue.
